SS ComputerTech Solutions Laptop Service Centre - Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction By submitting your laptop for repair or servicing at SS ComputerTech Solutions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services rendered by us, including diagnostics, repairs, and any products or accessories provided. 2. Service Requests •All service requests must be made through our authorized channels, including but not limited to phone, email, or in-person at our service center. •You must provide complete and accurate details regarding your laptop’s issue. Inaccurate or insufficient information may result in misdiagnosis or incorrect repairs. 3. Diagnostic Fee •A diagnostic fee may apply for identifying the issue with your laptop. This fee will be communicated upfront and is typically Rs.300. •If you decide to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee may be waived or credited toward the final service cost. 4. Repair Authorization •By submitting your laptop for repair, you authorize SS ComputerTech Solutions to conduct necessary diagnostics and repairs as agreed. •A written or verbal authorization is required before any repair work begins. •You are responsible for ensuring that no sensitive data (such as passwords, files, or personal information) is left unsecured on your laptop. We are not liable for any data loss or corruption. 5. Service Timeframe •Repair time estimates are provided based on the complexity of the issue and the availability of parts. •While we strive to complete repairs promptly, unforeseen delays such as parts backorder or unanticipated technical difficulties may affect the repair timeline. 6. Warranty and Guarantee •All repairs performed by SS ComputerTech Solutions come with a [1]-day/month warranty on parts and labor. •The warranty does not cover: oIssues caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors. oDamage from unauthorized repair attempts. oData loss or corruption during the repair process. 7. Parts and Components •We use high-quality, manufacturer-approved parts for all repairs. If refurbished or aftermarket parts are necessary, you will be informed and must provide explicit consent. •We are not responsible for any incompatibilities or issues arising from third-party parts. 8. Payment Terms •Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing. •A deposit may be required for more extensive repairs, and this will be discussed with you beforehand. •If payment is not made within [3] days of repair completion, a storage fee of Rs.50 per day may apply. After 30 days, we reserve the right to consider the laptop abandoned and dispose of it accordingly. 9. Data Privacy and Security •We will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal information and data. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security of your data during repair. •We recommend that you backup all important files before submitting your laptop for service. •By submitting your laptop for repair, you consent to us accessing your device to perform necessary repairs, including data deletion or factory resets if required. 10. Limitation of Liability •SS ComputerTech Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, files, or business operations, that occur during or after the repair. •We are not responsible for any damage to peripheral devices (chargers, external drives, etc.) left with your laptop unless explicitly stated in the repair order. •Despite our specialists' best efforts and safety measures, some wear and tear components may still be damaged, which would affect the material's state. Therefore, the client asked to comprehend and participate, and we are not liable. 11. Cancellations and Refunds •You may cancel the repair service without any charge before work begins. •If repair work has started, cancellation may incur a fee for labor or diagnostics already performed. •Refunds for services rendered are not provided unless the repair work fails to resolve the issue or as per applicable warranty conditions. 12. Customer Responsibilities •You are responsible for removing passwords, personal data, and any security software (such as encryption or BIOS passwords) before submitting your laptop. •An additional fee may apply if we are required to bypass security settings or perform a system reset. 13. Abandoned Laptops •If a laptop is left in our service center for 30 days after the agreed-upon repair completion or pickup date, it may be considered abandoned. •In such cases, we reserve the right to sell, dispose of, or repurpose the device following local regulations. 14. Changes to Terms •SS ComputerTech Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or displayed at our service center and will be effective immediately upon publication. 15. Dispute Resolution •In case of any disputes, we encourage customers to first reach out to our support team for resolution. •If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India 16.
